with valentines today and the olympics in the news, i remembered this shiny lady glowing with joie de vie during her pre-race warm-up (if you haven't seen this already you were probably meditating in a cave)

Michelle "Shelly" Jenneke is an Australian hurdler and model, who won a silver medal for the 100m hurdles at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics. She received worldwide media attention in 2012 for her pre-race warm-up, which involved a bit of dancing. It is an exuberant display of happiness and joy of life. Thanks, Michelle.
